Planning and Zoning Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Eldora, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on 17th of September 2025 at 5:00pm at City Hall Council Chamber 1442 Washington St, Eldora IA 50627 to consider the following:

Case:  Rezoning from M-1 light industrial to R-2 residential
Applicant/Owner: Samuel Knudson
Site Address/Parcel:1914 14th Ave
Legal Description (abbrev.): MOIR'S ADD-LOTS 5-6 BLOCK 3 & 10FT ADJ. LOT 5 ON THE W EX. N50FT THEREOF
Purpose: Allow purchaser to use property as his residence.

Following the public hearing, the Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council will hold a separate public hearing prior to final action.

Written or oral comments may be presented at the hearing or delivered to the city clerk on or before the hearing.
